The cornerstone of Kiawah Premier’s management program is our system of inspecting our homes and protecting your investment.  We will inspect each home before and after each rental to insure that there is nothing missing, no damage and that your home was cleaned properly.  We provide professional and competent housekeeping services, linen services as well stock an initial amenities supply at no cost to you, our owners.

Kiawah Premier realizes that proper maintenance and upkeep of our homes is foremost to their owners and guests. In addition to pre-arrival and post-arrival inspections, we also perform a thorough monthly preventative maintenance inspection to protect your investment and ensure your home is at the highest maintained level.  If any repairs or service is needed, we coordinate and facilitate those repairs or improvements with our own vendor or with one of your choosing.

At Kiawah Premier Rentals and Management, not only does your home work for you but we also work for you.  We have established relationships with our vendors so we can offer owner perks. We know market conditions and trends and perform market valuations and rate calculations for honest, competitive rate and commission fees. We will provide you monthly detailed financial summary statements and distributions. Plus we offer fully customizable property management plans and maintenance services to fit any homeowners’ needs.
