West Beach Village
West Beach, Kiawah’s first development designed for pedestrians where amenities and shops are within walking distance and within easy reach.  Within West Beach are Gary Player’s Cougar Point Golf Course and the West Beach Tennis Club.  Here you will also find, The Straw Market, which is comprised of shops and dining.

East Beach Village
East Beach, Kiawah’s second development village is where you will find the 21-acre, Night Heron Park.  The park is a favorite for the entire family.  With its playground, playing field complete with soccer goals, recreation pavilion and numerous children and family activities scheduled year round, it is sure to keep you entertained.  Also within East Beach are Jack Nicklaus’ Turtle Point Golf Course and the Roy Barth Tennis Center. 

Vanderhorst Plantation
Behind a second security gate, is Kiawah’s Vanderhorst Plantation, where you will find beautiful, private residential homes.  Within Vanderhorst Plantation are Tom Fazio’s Osprey Point Golf Course and Pete Dye’s Ocean Course.  The Ocean Course is the site of the famous 1991 Ryder Cup Match, a Senior PGA Championship and the World Cup.
