This is our first rental season with Kiawah Premier after being with another company for 10 years.  We were absolutely blown away by their website.  The photographer and webmaster are very talented people.  We are able to go online to the VRBO (Vacation Rentals by Owner) website and check our calendar at our leisure.

The amenities that they use are very upscale and the cleaning staff is very efficient.

We have been using Kenny and Toby Tyler for maintenance on our home for many years and have found them to be  very reliable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any problems that might arise. Their honesty and integrity is above reproach. We’ve found their entire staff to be most professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. They’ve worked tirelessly to increase our rental revenue.

In all, Kiawah Premier Rentals has allowed us to share our home with others without worry about damage, theft or destruction to our  beloved home.
